• This remote position is open to residents of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania only.
• We are looking for a Team Leader for one of our SysOps teams.
• Manage a middle-size team of system and network engineers.
• Assume technical lead and ownership of Wrike product and development infrastructures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Help teams optimize and automate everyday tasks.
• Influence decisions and mentor your team.
• Work with GCP and on-premises infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other SysOps team leaders.
• Focus on managing DB infrastructure and working with cloud providers.

Requirements

• Experience with leading a team.
• Strong Linux fundamentals.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing.
• Experience with Git or other VCS.
• High personal responsibility and willingness to grow.
