• Serve as a trusted advisor to Client Operations leadership.
• Translate business challenges into Salesforce-based solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to design technology-driven solutions.
• Primary Salesforce administrator for the Client Operations organization.
• Design and maintain Salesforce automation for client onboarding.
• Document workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
• Lead Salesforce-driven projects from consultation to training.
• Drive change management through training and support.
• Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data and configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce solution design.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience.
• Track record of optimizing Salesforce processes.
• Strong analytical skills for building reports and dashboards.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
