The Growth & ABM Manager will play a critical role in driving Wpromote’s demand generation efforts through strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and growth marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, with a passion for orchestrating highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.

In Short

  • Design and execute scalable ABM campaigns tailored to key verticals and personas
  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid and organic channels
  • Identify and execute data-driven tactics for lead nurturing and customer acquisition
  • Utilize platforms like Demandbase and Salesforce to orchestrate and measure campaigns
  • Track campaigns with proper attribution models and UTM frameworks
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Partner with sales and content teams to align campaign objectives
  • Stay current with ABM and growth marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking campaign performance
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset
