Overview

The Staffing Strategist Senior Executive will work closely with multicultural teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to develop and implement resource allocation strategies while fostering a collaborative environment.

• Develop and implement resource allocation strategies, including capacity and demand forecasting.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in resource management or a related field (excluding workforce planning).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Strategic and results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across international teams.
