In Short

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer acceptance for a variety of technical and business roles.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to build customized recruitment strategies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and networking events.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience, communicating our culture and core values.
  • Manage interviews from scheduling to follow-up and facilitate internal debriefs.
  • Extend offers, lead negotiations, and guide candidates through onboarding.
  • Maintain data in our ATS and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with global offices and international candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and HR.
  • Create and maintain recruitment documentation such as interview guides and job descriptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Lever.
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated proactive sourcing capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of hiring laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information.
