Overview

The Director of Child & Adolescent Counselling is responsible for managing and providing clinical oversight and functional supervision for counsellors assigned to the designated team, ensuring high-quality care and ethical services.

Requirements

  • PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology or related field.
  • Fully licensed with three years of experience in counselling.
  • Experience in international service organizations.
  • Proven managerial experience with emotional intelligence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic methods and legal regulations.
  • Aware of cultural diversity.
