Overview

As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of BDRs responsible for generating a high-quality pipeline that aligns with the company's mission as an Employer of Record (EoR) SaaS provider. In addition to leading the team, you will lead by example, engaging in daily calling and prospecting activities to drive results. Your role will focus on optimising outbound strategies, ensuring the team effectively engages prospects, and generating qualified leads that contribute to measurable growth for the sales team.

In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Work closely with Account Executives for high-quality lead handovers.
  • Provide strategic leadership on sales targets and insights.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key BDR performance metrics.
  • Analyse and optimise outbound sequences and messaging.
  • Engage in daily outbound activities, including prospecting calls.
  • Facilitate continuous training sessions focused on outbound sales techniques.
  • Implement and refine outbound outreach processes.
  • Work with Sales Campaign Managers to optimise lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Leadership experience is ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
