Overview

TheyDo is a fully remote B2B SaaS organization focused on journey management, and we are seeking a dynamic BDR Leader to lead our global BDR team, driving revenue and optimizing customer journeys.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global BDR team.
  • Coach BDRs on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Drive excellence in outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns.
  • Recruit and onboard new BDRs, focusing on the US market.
  • Manage outbound sales KPIs and continuous process improvements.
  • Implement scalable best practices for the BDR organization.
  • Work directly on outbound activities and manage AE accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience, including leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building and leading outbound BDR teams.
  • Strong expertise in cold calling and email sequencing.
  • Experience in developing outbound campaigns with marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Exceptional coaching and team development skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with performance tracking experience.
  • Prior experience working closely with Account Executives.
