Overview

As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a team of five BDRs to successfully generate leads, set demos, and contribute to the company’s sales growth.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.

  • Analyze cold calls and identify trends for training materials.
  • Make cold calls to lead by example.
  • Track and report on team performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate recording of calls in HubSpot.
  • Send daily updates to stakeholders via Slack.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on team performance.

  • Experience in business development and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Experience in sales outreach and lead generation.
