The Talent Management Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring the organization has the necessary structures and processes to strengthen its talent practices.

• Ability to simplify complex issues.

• Experience in dynamic or high-growth environments.
• Basic knowledge of leadership development.
• Ability to measure impact and leverage AI.
• Fluent in English, with working proficiency in French.
