Overview

The Talent Advisor is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and successfully delivering on recruitment targets, while also collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Must be located within 1 hour of Wichita, KS.
