Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact for potential customers with our sales team. This role is essential for revenue growth by generating conversations, qualifying leads, creating opportunities for Account Executives, and transforming sales opportunities into ShareGate customers.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Executive teams.
  • Understand ShareGate’s value proposition and the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Engage potential clients via chat, email, or phone.
  • Manage leads in the pipeline and prioritize activities.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of ShareGate to potential clients.
  • Create excellent first impressions for potential clients.
  • Continuously improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in dealing with prospects on the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound).
  • Experience with SalesForce.
