Overview

Workiva is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that align cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence across our revenue engine.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Familiarity with GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
• Experience in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to sales strategy and marketing operations.

• Salary range: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00 per year.
