Program Manager Digital Go-to-Market - Remote

Overview

This role is part of the Digital Partner Experience track who work to unlock scalable conversations that empower all partners to discover commercial opportunities. The Digital Go-to-Market team is responsible for the creation and execution of the GTM strategy for all accommodation partner facing products.

In Short

• Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies for existing & new channels.
• Establish long-term, productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Investigate, test and develop new opportunities for success.
• Collaborate to identify & execute the best go to market strategy.
• Setup and manage products on the platform to improve partner advice.
• Be the voice of the partners within the organization.
• Provide centralized weekly and monthly portfolio status reporting.
• Facilitate regular portfolio reviews with Leadership Team.
• Own ongoing portfolio management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytically focused field.
• 5 years of project management experience in eCommerce.
• 3 years of digital marketing experience with campaign coordination.
• 3+ years of successful portfolio management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Strong team player with flexibility and positive communication.
• Ability to run simple queries is a plus.
