As a Director of Solution Consulting, you will lead a team focused on Sustainability Reporting, shaping strategy, developing tools, and driving organizational growth.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Consulting Managers and Consultants.
• Establish best practices and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams on Go To Market strategies.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle and optimize processes.
• Analyze industry trends to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide presales support including needs analysis and product demonstrations.
• Define coaching opportunities for team members.
• Stay updated with evolving global Sustainability regulations.
• Participate in team-building and company growth activities.
• Accountable for training and motivation of the Solution Consultant team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years related experience or Master’s with 8 years.
• Experience in Carbon accounting and sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years direct people management experience preferred.
• Strong business background with client interface experience.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with Carbon Accounting and Sustainability Reporting solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Workiva solutions is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Reliable internet access for remote work.

Benefits

• Salary range in the US: $154,000.00 - $250,000.00.
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance.
