Overview

The Behavioral Health Regional Manager leads a regional team of certified and licensed Behavioral Health staff who deliver clinical care via Shared Medical Appointments and support groups. This role is for someone with a MA level behavioral health background and a minimum of 4 years experience in people management within a clinical setting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Required)
  • Independent clinical state licensure in New Jersey required
  • Minimum 4 years of direct management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting organizational goals
  • Ability to manage data and report on metrics
  • Accountable for project oversight
  • Track record of executing with independent judgment
  • Plans and executes on initiatives impacting Clinic OKRS
