Behavioral Health Regional Manager - West Region - Remote

Overview

The Workit Team is seeking a Regional Manager for the Behavioral Health Team (BH). The Behavioral Health Regional Manager leads a regional team of certified and licensed Behavioral Health staff (Recovery Counselors & Behavioral Health Care Specialists) who deliver clinical care via Shared Medical Appointments (SMA’s) and support groups. All BH Leadership have dedicated clinical time in which they facilitate Shared Medical Appointments and deliver group-based care.

In Short

• Full-time position (4 days/week X 10hr shifts)
• Remote work with in-person assignments as needed
• Reports to Clinical Director/VP of BH
• Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
• Active peer certification or Master's degree required
• 1-2 years of management experience in a clinical setting
• Facilitation of Shared Medical Appointments & groups
• Ensuring team compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identifying areas for improvement and generating solutions
• Creating a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct management experience
• Active peer certification or MH license (LCSW)
• Independent state licensure for WA, CA, or OR if applying with LCSW
• Demonstrated track record of meeting organizational goals
• Ability to manage data and report on metrics
• Fluency with SUD
