Overview

The Behavioral Health Regional Manager leads a regional team of certified and licensed Behavioral Health staff who deliver clinical care via Shared Medical Appointments and support groups.

In Short

• Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000
• Master's degree required (LCSW or LMFT)
• Independent clinical state licensure in FL, TX, NM required
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in a clinical setting

Requirements

• Master's degree (Required)
• Independent clinical state licensure in FL, TX, NM required
• Minimum 4 years of direct management experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting organizational goals
• Ability to manage data and report on metrics
• Accountable for project oversight
• Plans and executes on initiatives impacting Clinic OKRS
