In Short

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and design optimized workflows.
• Define, configure, and implement intake forms within ZIP to streamline vendor requests.
• Design and oversee integrations between ZIP, Ivalua, and other systems.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ZIP and Ivalua.
• Identify gaps between business requirements and system functionality.
• Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for workflows and integrations.
• Create clear documentation for workflows and system configurations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in defining business processes in procurement systems.
• Strong knowledge of integration design between procurement platforms and enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of procurement orchestration and P2P processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on developing scalable solutions.
• Ivalua Certification or hands-on expertise with similar solutions is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
