Requirements

  • Active medical license in the USA.
  • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited school.
  • Board certified in a relevant specialty preferred.
  • Advanced degree in management (M.B.A., M.P.H., M.H.A.).
  • Seven years of experience in medical management.
  • Experience with administrative claims data sets.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage financial and personnel resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
