BPM Service Solution Consultant & Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a BPM Service Solution Consultant & Architect to join our BFS team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in designing and delivering process solutions for clients in Retail Banking, Card Operations, and Payment Operations.

In Short

• Develop end-to-end BPM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to design process flows.
• Create operating models including onshore/offshore and hybrid strategies.
• Lead pre-sales teams in designing solutions for RFX responses.
• Drive transformative solutioning focused on measurable client outcomes.
• Apply deep functional knowledge of retail banking operations.
• Identify transformation opportunities across client ecosystems.
• Design go-to-market strategies aligned with business growth plans.
• Support submission of analyst surveys and industry RFIs.
• Partner with internal teams to build knowledge repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Post Graduate Diploma or MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in BPM/ITO solutioning roles.
• Proven experience in Retail Banking, Cards, and Payments.
• Solid understanding of global banking regulations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in process design tools.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in supporting sales/pre-sales cycles preferred.
