The Senior Consultant I, Solution Architecture, is a strategic and client-facing role responsible for designing innovative, high-value solutions and guiding customers through complex technology and process transformations. You will collaborate with clients to co-create multi-year solution roadmaps, providing architectural oversight and ensuring long-term adoption and business value. This position blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management, requiring a balance of deep specialization in one domain and broad knowledge across multiple solution areas. You will work closely with technical and leadership teams to deliver actionable, measurable outcomes while mentoring other consultants. Ideal candidates are visionary, analytical, and excel in presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide consultants and architects, contributing to team knowledge and capability development.
• Produce reusable assets, frameworks, and best practice guides that enhance team efficiency and customer success.
• Represent solutions and thought leadership externally through webinars, demonstrations, and community engagement.
