Requirements

  • Grade 12 essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in management preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in a contact center.
  • Experience managing a team of 12-14.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in the BPO sector.
  • HR Process Knowledge.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
