Accounts Payable Specialist with French - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, managing supplier communications, and supporting the General Ledger team within a multinational environment.

In Short

• Process PO and NON-PO invoices using ERP Accounting System.
• Handle Travel and Expenses activities.
• Monitor and clear ‘on hold’ invoices promptly.
• Support month-end processes for General Ledger teams.
• Liaise with suppliers via phone and email.
• Complete monthly and yearly objectives with line manager.
• Update department procedures as needed.
• Generate PTP related reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP Accounts Payable systems preferred.
• Good Excel skills.
