The Vice President (VP) of Oncology Nursing provides senior executive leadership and strategic direction for oncology nursing across the Mass General Brigham (MGB) system, ensuring a unified approach to oncology nursing practice and quality across various cancer care services.

Requirements

• Advanced oncology nursing certification preferred.
• Leadership experience in a Magnet-designated or academic cancer center.
• Participation in national oncology or nursing organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
