Overview

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for overseeing and performing all activities related to outpatient registration and scheduling while ensuring a customer service-oriented approach.

  • Coordinate outpatient registration and scheduling activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.

  • Attention to detail and initiative.
