Patient Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) position involves training patients on the use and care of the LifeVest, a wearable cardioverter defibrillator, to ensure cardiac patients receive necessary life-saving therapy.

• Must have at least one year of patient care experience in a professional setting.

Requirements

• 1 year patient care experience (professional, not family caregiver).
• Documented patient experience on resume.
• Completion of background check.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance or valid state ID.
• Willingness to pay an annual DME fee.
• Disclosure of personal NPI number if applicable.
