Overview

As an Admin Assistant / Client Manager at Easy Super, you will support the firm's Partners by managing workflows, ensuring timely client communication, and keeping compliance deadlines on track, allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality accounting services.

In Short

  • Permanent work-from-home setup with new equipment supplied.
  • Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm AEST, with an hour's break.
  • Salary range between $65,000 - $75,000 + super.

Requirements

  • Experience in a public practice accounting or financial services firm.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Xero Green Management Software.
  • Experience with accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations in Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
