Overview

The Assistant Client Manager (ACM) works in partnership with the Client Manager (CM) to coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Designers and Technicians, and is responsible for product quality as well as communication between clients and internal product and production teams.

In Short

  • Define scope of work (project brief).
  • Communicate client standards.
  • Overall project quality control.
  • Project file and folder preparation.
  • Project architecture and engineering coordination.
  • Communicate client redlines to team.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of consultant contracts.
  • Responsible for communication with vendors and contractors.
  • Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with project teams.
  • Ensures that design intent is consistent and properly executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred.
  • 3 years minimum of progressive experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of design trends and construction methodology.
  • Advanced CAD drafting skills, proficiency in Revit preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with project leaders and teams.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Knowledge of building codes and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
