Overview

The Remote Administrative/Marketing Assistant will support the CEO in maintaining and growing client relationships, driving customer engagement, and coordinating product and marketing activities for No-H2O Car Valeting.

In Short

  • Fully remote position with a focus on administration and marketing support.
  • Type: Full Time, one-year contract with a performance review after three months.
  • Work schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm PH time.
  • Communicate with corporate clients for service bookings and reminders.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
  • Maintain customer databases and client reviews.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers for procurement tasks.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO and marketing team.
  • Prepare productivity reports and maintain internal knowledge bases.
  • Strong emphasis on organization and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, marketing support, or customer relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using email marketing or CRM platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing practices is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving abilities and creativity.
  • Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing procurement.
