Overview

As an Account Executive at WX-ONE, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cloud infrastructure solutions in the DACH region, focusing on acquiring new customers and managing the entire sales cycle.

In Short

  • Identify and develop 50 target accounts in the first year.
  • Generate at least 60% of opportunities through self-acquisition.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to closing.
  • Differentiate our offerings based on data sovereignty and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with partners on multi-cloud projects.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and commit to monthly sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in IaaS, PaaS, or Managed Services in the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with an average deal volume of at least €100k TCV.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architectures and compliance requirements.
  • Networks in at least one vertical (e.g., manufacturing, public sector, healthcare) are a plus.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2+).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% within Germany.
