In Short

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans with critical goals.
  • Identify and address technical issues for customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
