Solutions Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience, troubleshooting technical problems for customers, and creating solutions while scaling support offerings using coding and scripting.

In Short

• Responsible for technical customer support experience within the Wiz product.
• Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues.
• Identify cases that require escalation.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate incident management requests.
• Design and implement solutions that scale the support offering.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience in customer support or related role.
• 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience reading or debugging code (Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript).
• Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud security systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
