Solutions Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience while troubleshooting technical problems for customers.

In Short

• Responsible for technical customer support experience within the Wiz product.
• Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues.
• Identify cases that require escalation.
• Create and manage incident management requests.
• Design and implement solutions that scale support offerings.
• Participate in on-call rotation for support coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical experience in customer support or related roles.
• 1+ year of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in reading or debugging code (Java, Python, etc.).
• Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud security systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
