In Short

• Lead the development and execution of sales operations strategies.
• Oversee and optimize sales operations processes.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories and quotas.
• Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with GTM Analytics teams to create sales performance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for revenue efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales operations leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
