Learning Experience Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support the skills and effectiveness of our sales team. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and subject matter experts to create engaging, visually appealing training content that meets the needs of our fast-paced sales environment.

In Short

• Design and develop sales enablement training materials, including PowerPoint decks, eLearning modules, and resources for live and virtual training sessions.
• Use visual storytelling and graphic design to create high-quality, branded presentations and training resources.
• Develop learning content for various formats, including infographics, role-play scenarios, and interactive simulations.
• Work with sales leaders, product marketing, and SMEs to understand training needs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and tailor training solutions.
• Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to refine training materials.
• Support training delivery through the LMS and CMS.
• Stay updated on best practices in visual design and instructional technology.
• Assist in developing learning strategies that incorporate various formats.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training content creation, ideally within sales enablement.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design.
• Familiarity with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate RISE, Camtasia).
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
