Overview

WithersRavenel has an exciting Client Experience Manager opportunity for proven Project Management professionals to lead client engagement and project delivery for municipal clients throughout the North Carolina market.

In Short

• Maintain and grow high-value relationships with existing municipal clients.
• Work effectively with project teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
• Create and realize client-specific engagement plans.
• Manage client-specific account plans and sales projections.
• Develop and manage proposal efforts and business development strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations including scope and terms.
• Coordinate with Growth and Delivery teams to expand market share.
• Lead select projects within technical areas of expertise.
• Monitor project health and mentor junior staff.
• Engage actively in community and professional societies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with municipal experience.
• Professional Engineer or ability to obtain registration within six months.
• 10+ years of engineering/industry experience with team management.
• Proven experience in managing municipal water and planning projects.
• Public sector business development experience.
• Existing relationships within the North Carolina municipal market.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Federal and State funding agencies.
• Ability to work flexible hours and attend events outside normal hours.
• Alternative delivery experience.
