• Join our team as a Project Manager in our Stormwater practice area.
• Responsible for systematic and consistent execution of projects.
• Manage projects, oversee and delegate tasks.
• Schedule and lead project meetings.
• Prepare agreements including scope, schedule, fees, and terms.
• Responsible for financial performance of projects.
• Provide quality control/quality assurance.
• Lead mentoring and career path planning for team members.
• Foster a positive environment and engage in team building.
• Responsible for cultivating existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Stormwater engineering/industry experience.
• Professional Engineer License.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of contracts and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of fostering client relationships.
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking.
