Overview

As a Senior Analyst at Wisetack, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consumer lending product by developing data-driven solutions for key business functions, including growth, operations, and product.

In Short

• Work with business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions and insights.
• Design and build metrics / dimensions to monitor product and business performance.
• Communicate and present insights to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Partner closely with data engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Use industry-standard data tooling for data ingestion and visualization.
• Write clear documentation of your work and identify future opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or related field; 2+ years with an MBA.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
