In Short

  • Lead and manage customer community interactions.
  • Drive engagement through valuable content and conversation.
  • Moderate discussions in Facebook Group and future Circle.so community.
  • Implement community guidelines and manage member interactions.
  • Plan and execute an editorial calendar for community content.
  • Collaborate with marketing for product-related community content.
  • Identify and nurture top community contributors.
  • Design and lead an Ambassador Program for engaged members.
  • Facilitate virtual events and mentorship among community members.
  • Track community metrics and report insights for strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community management or customer success.
  • Empathetic communication skills with a balance of structure.
  • Ability to create engaging, human-centered content.
  • Experience in building community programs from scratch.
  • Organized and self-directed in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Facebook Groups, Circle.so, or Slack.
