Overview

We’re hiring a Content Marketer to lead the development and management of patient-facing materials across multiple channels, helping patients understand and navigate their care.

In Short

• Plan and manage educational content across platforms like Intercom, YouTube, and email.
• Write, edit, and maintain patient-facing materials such as video scripts and articles.
• Identify content needs by reviewing patient questions and support conversations.
• Ensure content is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside contributors to produce high-quality content.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for educational content across the patient journey.
• Create or maintain internal documentation to support team training.

Requirements

• Experience writing consumer-facing content.
• Clear and concise writing style with an empathetic tone.
• Strong content planning and organization skills.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Familiarity with tools like Intercom, YouTube, Notion, and CMS platforms.
• Bonus: experience working with medical or clinical teams.
