In Short

• Support lifecycle and promotional campaigns across email and SMS.
• Collaborate with retention, analytics, and creative teams.
• Manage campaign organization and reporting.

• Available for work between 7 AM and 3 PM EST.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
• Strong proficiency with Iterable or similar ESP.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and journey automation.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable computer.
