Overview

We're looking for our first sales person. Someone who will figure out with us how we best sell, rather than just executing a pre-built playbook.

In Short

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy and develop messaging.
  • Build our sales stack including CRM and automation.
  • Test different channels and iterate on messaging.
  • Understand customers through direct conversations.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams.
  • Document learnings and keep the pipeline clean.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or tech sales.
  • Proven track record of managing the sales cycle.
  • Understanding of consultative/value-based selling.
  • Fluent in German and excellent in English (C1–C2).
  • Curiosity and ability to explain AI products.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
