We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to play a pivotal role in building reliable backend services, optimizing databases, and shaping architectural decisions. In Short

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
Create efficient schemas to support current needs while planning for future scale.
Collaborate with senior engineers and the CTO to refine system design.
Partner with the DevOps team to validate AWS configurations and security practices.
Ensure robust, automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Write clean, testable, and scalable code while participating in code reviews.
Support junior engineers through guidance and sharing best practices.
Use AI tools strategically to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements

Strong skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
Experience building and maintaining REST APIs or microservices.
Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.).
Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and Git-based development.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
AI-first mindset: Comfortable using AI tools strategically.
