Requirements

• Expertise in three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB and integrations.
• Deep experience modeling infrastructure in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking design and protocols.
• 5+ years developing ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• 3+ years documenting tool requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as a ServiceNow expert.
• ITIL v3/2011 Foundation Certificate.
