• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementation projects for diverse clients
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of SPM solutions
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring
• Manage platform and infrastructure for Project and Portfolio Management
• Deliver Portfolio, Demand, Ideation, and resource capabilities
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Collaborate with functional teams for technical solution design
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of IT software consulting experience, with 3-5 years in ServiceNow
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• In-depth knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients
• Expertise in software discovery and optimization processes
