Overview

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will develop complex applications for the Department of Homeland Security, collaborating with a team to deliver critical case management solutions.

In Short

Develop highly complex applications for DHS.
Participate in agile scrums and document progress.
Support customer requirement workshops.
Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
Design and configure ServiceNow components.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Maintain system design documentation.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
Active ServiceNow certifications required.
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
Familiarity with Okta and SSO technologies.
Experience with Workflow Editor and configuring workflows.
Desired experience in ServiceNow SecOps and CSM.
Ability to attain DHS EOD clearance.
