Overview

We're seeking a seasoned People Partner to support two high-growth projects — mETH and Function. This role sits at the intersection of people's strategy and people's operations — partnering closely with leadership to drive organization design, talent effectiveness, and equitable compensation frameworks across distributed teams.

• Partner with the leadership team to understand business priorities and translate them into practical People initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate on organization design and workforce planning.
• Lead and operationalize performance management cycles.
• Conduct market benchmarking and maintain compensation frameworks.
• Coordinate annual and mid-cycle compensation reviews.
• Oversee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
• Provide pragmatic support on employee relations matters.
• Leverage people analytics and dashboards for insights.
• Champion team culture and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of people partnering experience.
• Proven experience in fast-moving, cross-border tech or Web3 environments.
• Strong analytical skills with compensation modeling.
• Understanding of employment laws across APAC.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in lean, fast-paced environments.
