Relationship Manager IV - Private Debt & CLO - Remote

Overview

As part of the Loan Market Solutions Division, the CLO & Loan Administration team provides trustee & custodian services to sophisticated loan asset managers. Wilmington is responsible for tracking and maintaining all daily activity including the collection of payments and investor waterfall distributions. Additionally, the team monitors and reports on various portfolio compliance requirements related to the underlying portfolio asset attributes. In Short

• Act as the single point of contact for key client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to meet client objectives.
• Manage client onboarding including KYC procedures.
• Interpret CLO indentures and credit agreements.
• Calculate and verify compliance testing and waterfall calculations.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations for reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and various stakeholders.
• Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
• Promote diversity and maintain internal control standards.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant education and/or work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in finance, business, or economics preferred.
• Familiarity with various loan products.
• Professional experience at CLO Trustee or similar roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
