Overview

Leads all aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing of high net-worth private and institutional clients. Supports senior account relationship managers and serves as primary point of contact for clients.

In Short

  • Oversee client relationships and provide recommendations.
  • Assist senior representatives in revenue-generating activities.
  • Manage daily implementation of client strategies.
  • Resolve client requests and problems in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge.
  • Provide support and mentoring to team associates.
  • Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
  • Process transactions and manage account administration.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience with direct client contact.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust with clients.
  • Experience in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to work with successful individuals.
  • CCTS certification preferred.
  • Strong software application skills.
